Brave decisions were taken that ultimately secured the future of the business and the continued success of the company.
In telling his story to the room Bill Scott revealed a very shrewd business mind but also a real respect for the people who work for him and alongside him, his “C” word is collaboration, working collaboratively has undoubtedly been a key factor in the on-going growth and success of the business.
Happy with only four hours sleep a night, Bill is energetic and driven, he uses his energy wisely and alongside his role in Wilton Engineering finds time to act as a business mentor for start ups, supports a variety of charities and is committed to the development of the region through his work as a patron of the Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation.
